The lubricating agent according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the agent is of an underwater treatment type.5. The lubricating agent according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the agent forms a liquid sliding surface against water.6. A lubricating agent composition comprising (A) a compound represented by the following formula 1 [hereinafter referred to as component (A)]: wherein R1 and R2 each represent a hydrocarbon group with 6 or more and 24 or less carbons; A1O and A2O each represent an alkyleneoxy group with 2 or more and 4 or less carbons; x1 and x2 are average numbers of added moles, and each represent a number of 0 or more and 10 or less; and M is a cationic ion.7. The lubricating agent composition according to claim 6, comprising 1 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less of the component (A).8. The lubricating agent composition according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising (B) a surfactant [excluding component (A)] [hereinafter referred to as component (B)].9. The lubricating agent composition according to claim 8, wherein the component (B) is one or more surfactants selected from an anionic surfactant [excluding component (A)], a nonionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant.10. The lubricating agent composition according to claim 8 or 9, wherein a mass ratio between the content of the component (A) and the content of the component (B), (B)/(A), is 10 or less.11. The lubricating agent composition according to any one of claims 6 to 10, wherein the composition forms a liquid sliding surface against water.12. The lubricating agent composition according to any one of claims 6 to 11, wherein the composition is of an underwater treatment type.13. A method for treating a target object comprising, adhering (A) a compound represented by the following formula 1 [hereinafter referred to as component (A)] and water to the target object to form a liquid sliding surface against water on the target object, wherein R1 and R2 each represent a hydrocarbon group with 6 or more and 24 or less carbons; A1O and A2O each represent an alkyleneoxy group with 2 or more and 4 or less carbons; x1 and x2 are average numbers of added moles, and each represent a number of 0 or more and 10 or less; and M is a cationic ion.14. The method for treating a target object according to claim 13, wherein the target object is treated with a treatment liquid comprising the component (A) and water.15. The method for treating a target object according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the target object is one or more selected from a fiber and a hard article.16. The method for treating a target object according to any one of claims 13 to 15, wherein (B) a surfactant [excluding component (A)] is further adhered to the target object together with the component (A) and water.17. The method for treating a target object according to claim 16, wherein the lubricating agent composition according to any one of claims 8 to 10 is used.18. The method for treating a target object according to any one of claims 13 to 17, wherein the lubricating agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the lubricating agent composition according to any one of claims 6 to 12 is used.
