A lubricant sealed pump system comprising: a lubricant sealed pump configured to pump fluid from an inlet to an exhaust; and a lubricant reservoir for retaining lubricant and for supplying lubricant to and receiving fluid to be exhausted from said lubricant sealed pump during operation of said lubricant sealed pump; said lubricant reservoir comprising: an inner compartment comprising an oil separating unit for separating lubricant from fluid received from said lubricant sealed pump: and a segregated exhaust channel sealingly coupled to said inner compartment for separately outputting said separated lubricant and exhaust fluid from said inner compartment; wherein said segregated exhaust channel comprises an exhaust fluid channel for exhausting said exhaust fluid from said pump system and a lubricant channel; said exhaust fluid channel comprising an inlet for receiving said exhaust fluid located above a lower surface of said inner compartment; and said lubricant channel comprising an inlet for receiving separated lubricant located at or below said lower surface of said inner compartment.2. A lubricant sealed pump system according to claim 1, wherein said segregated exhaust channel is sealingly coupled to said inner compartment at an inner compartment exhaust port.3. A lubricant sealed pump system according to claim 2, wherein said inner compartment exhaust port is located in or below a lower surface of said inner compartment.4. A lubricant sealed pump system according to any preceding claim, wherein at least a portion of said lubricant channel extends around at least a portion of said exhaust fluid channel.5. A lubricant sealed pump system according claim 4, wherein said exhaust fluid channel passes through said lower surface of said inner compartment within said lubricant channel.6. A lubricant sealed pump system according to any preceding claim, wherein said lubricant channel is coupled to said lubricant sealed pump at or adjacent to an exhaust of said lubricant sealed pump.7. A lubricant sealed pump system according to any preceding claim, wherein said lubricant channel is configured to provide a channel for lubricant and air from said inner compartment to be periodically admitted to said pump during operation of said pump, such that said lubricant channel provides a silencer function for said lubricant sealed pump.8. A lubricant sealed pump system according to any preceding claim, wherein said lubricant channel comprises a back flow inhibiting valve to inhibit flow from said pump to said inner compartment via said lubricant channel.9. A lubricant sealed pump system according to any preceding claim, wherein said segregated exhaust channel comprises a larger diameter pipe for coupling to said exhaust port, and an inner segregating portion, said inner segregating portion comprising a pipe having a smaller diameter extending up into said inner compartment and a larger diameter configured to sealingly couple to an inner surface of said larger diameter pipe downstream of said inner compartment; wherein a channel formed within said pipe with said smaller diameter comprises a portion of said filtered exhaust fluid channel and a channel formed by an outer surface of said pipe with said smaller diameter and inner surface of said larger diameter pipe below said lower surface of said inner compartment providing a portion of said lubricant channel.10. A lubricant sealed pump according to claim 9, wherein a portion of said outer surface of said larger diameter pipe provides a surface of said lubricant channel comprises an outlet port for flow of said lubricant towards said pump.11. A lubricant sealed pump according to any preceding claim, wherein said outlet port is coupled to a pipe extending to said lubricant sealed pump and providing a portion of said lubricant channel.12. A lubricant sealed pump system comprising: a lubricant sealed pump configured to pump fluid from an inlet to an exhaust; and a lubricant reservoir for retaining lubricant and for supplying lubricant to and receiving fluid to be exhausted from said lubricant sealed pump during operation of said lubricant sealed pump; said lubricant reservoir comprising an inner compartment for retaining a lubricant separation unit for separating lubricant from fluid received from said lubricant sealed pump, said inner compartment comprising a lubricant channel for outputting said separated lubricant from said inner compartment to said lubricant sealed pump at or adjacent to a pump exhaust such that said lubricant channel provides a silencer function for said lubricant sealed pump.13. A lubricant sealed pump system according to claim 12, wherein said lubricant channel comprises a back flow inhibiting valve to inhibit flow from said pump to said inner compartment via said lubricant channel.14. A lubricant sealed pump system according to claim 12 or 13, wherein said lubricant channel is configured to provide a channel for lubricant and air from said inner compartment to be periodically admitted to said pump during operation of said pump.
